Shipment
The delivery occurs through broadcasting of the purchase object to the address informed by the customers.
The costs for the dispatch of the purchase object amount according to weight and dispatch kind 4.90 to € to 23.00€ and are to be carried by the customer. From 300.00€ we deliver free of forwarding costs.
If the customer wishes a special kind of the sending with which higher costs result, he also has to carry these add-on costs.
We dispatch our product with a package service of our choice.
No limits are set worldwide to the dispatch. Merely the prices can vary.
Return
The customer can revoke his contract explanation within two weeks without giving reasons in text form (e.g., letter, fax, e-mail) or by return of the thing.
The term begins on receipt of this instruction in text form, however, not before entrance of the product with the receiver and also not before fulfilment of our duties to inform according to article 246 §2 in connection with §1 paragraph 1 and 2 EGBGB.
For the protection of the cancellation term the timely sending of the cancellation or the thing is enough.

A transfer from Germany lasts approx. 2-3 days. After monetary entrance we dispatch your package. The delivery time amounts 3-5 days (Germany). The delivery time for the dispatch can vary abroad
Should it concern (a Custom) individually made for the customers order, the production begins with payment entrance.

Paypal is the online payment service with which you can pay with us certainly, simply and fast - And this free of charge.
